2.Scope of this policy
This policy covers elytrastudios.com and any pages served from it. It does not cover third-party websites we link to — for example scheduling pages, social profiles or client sites — each of which has its own policy.
We offer this site worldwide and apply the same standard to every visitor, regardless of where you are.

- Contact form. Your full name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
- Booking a call. If you use our scheduling link, the details you enter go to our scheduling provider and are shared with us.
- Direct contact. Anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically
- Server and delivery logs. Our hosting and content delivery providers record request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps. This is standard for any website and is used to serve pages and keep the service secure.
- Your cookie choice. Stored in your browser so we don't ask again on every visit. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not ask for, and do not want, special category data — health, biometric, religious or political information. Please don't send it through the contact form.

5.We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We don't send marketing emails to people who have only submitted an enquiry — we reply to the enquiry.

We operate from Pakistan and use providers located in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where information leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the technical measures described below.
8.How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects — up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records — for the life of the engagement and up to 7 years afterwards, to meet contractual, tax and accounting obligations.
- Your cookie choice — until you clear it or it expires, as described in the Cookie Policy.
- Server logs — short retention periods set by our hosting providers.
9.How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data and to our content management tools is restricted to team members who need it and is protected by authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take these obligations seriously and review our measures as the site changes.
10.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA and UK have these rights under the GDPR; residents of California, Brazil and other regions have comparable rights under local law.

11.Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
