By downloading or using Beat Brawl, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Beat Brawl does not require players to provide sensitive personal information such as their home address, precise location, government identification number, financial-account password, health information, contact list, photographs, microphone recordings, or biometric information.
The game and its integrated services may collect limited technical and gameplay-related information.

This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the game.
3. Google Analytics for Firebase
Beat Brawl uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service provided by Google LLC.
Google Analytics for Firebase may collect and process information such as:
- Application-instance identifiers;
- Device and operating-system information;
- General geographic region;
- Game sessions;
- Gameplay events;
- Screen or menu interactions;
- Character selections;

4. Firebase Crashlytics
Beat Brawl uses Firebase Crashlytics, a crash-reporting and diagnostic service provided by Google LLC.
Firebase Crashlytics may automatically collect information when the game crashes, freezes, or experiences a technical problem, including:
- Device model;
- Operating-system version;
- Game version;
- Crash timestamp;
- Crash stack trace;
- Error logs;
- Application state at the time of the crash;
- Device orientation and memory information;
- Technical identifiers;
- Information about events occurring immediately before the crash.
Elytra Studios uses Firebase Crashlytics to:
- Identify game crashes;
- Diagnose technical problems;

- Determine which devices or operating-system versions are affected;

Firebase Crashlytics is used for diagnostics and game improvement. It is not used by Elytra Studios to read personal messages, access photographs, record audio, or collect precise GPS location.

Elytra Studios may use information collected through Beat Brawl to:

6. Advertising
Beat Brawl does not currently use Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Crashlytics to display targeted advertisements.
Elytra Studios does not sell personal information collected through Beat Brawl for monetary payment.
If advertising services are introduced into Beat Brawl in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to identify the advertising provider and explain the information processed for advertising purposes.
7. Purchases
Purchases offered through Beat Brawl, including purchases of characters, cosmetic content, downloadable content, or other digital items, are processed by the platform through which the game was downloaded.
Elytra Studios may receive limited transaction information, including:

- Purchase status;
- Refund status;
- Country or region associated with the transaction.
Elytra Studios does not directly receive or store complete credit-card or payment-card details processed by the platform provider.

8.2 Distribution and Gaming Platforms
Limited information may also be processed by the application store, gaming platform, or operating-system provider through which Beat Brawl is downloaded or played.
These platforms may independently process information relating to:
- Application downloads;
- Platform accounts;
- Achievements;
- Purchases;
- Refunds;
- Cloud saves;
- Platform security;
- Device compatibility.
Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Information may remain temporarily within secure system backups until those backups are overwritten through normal backup procedures.

Elytra Studios uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect information against:
- Unauthorized access;
- Accidental loss;
- Misuse;
- Alteration;
- Disclosure;
- Destruction.
These measures may include restricted access, authentication controls, secure communication methods, data minimization, monitoring, and limited employee access.
However, no internet transmission, electronic-storage system, application, or security measure can guarantee complete security. Elytra Studios cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or security incidents will never occur.
11. Children’s Privacy
Beat Brawl is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
Elytra Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required parental or guardian consent.

Elytra Studios will investigate the request and take reasonable steps to delete the information when required.

Deleting the game or clearing application data may permanently remove:

- Unlocked characters;
- Achievements;
- Saved settings;
- Locally stored match history;
- Other locally stored game information.
Data connected to an application-store account, platform account, cloud-save system, or purchase history may need to be managed through the relevant platform provider.

14. International Data Processing
Elytra Studios is based in Pakistan, while Google and other platform providers may process information in other countries.

Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws of the player’s country. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used for international processing or transfer of personal information.
15. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Beat Brawl may interact with third-party application stores, gaming platforms, operating systems, and Google Firebase services.
Elytra Studios does not control the independent privacy practices of these third parties. Players should review the privacy policies and account settings provided by the relevant platform or service.
This Privacy Policy applies only to data processing carried out by or on behalf of Elytra Studios in connection with Beat Brawl.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Elytra Studios may update this Privacy Policy when:
- Beat Brawl receives new features;
